Thank you for alerting us to this. Your order was posted on 3 January and we can see from the tracking that it has been processed at Melbourne facility and showing expected delivery of 19 - 24 Jan. This is taken a particularly long time and we will keep on eye on it and if its not delivered in that timeframe we'll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
