Return Policy

If you want to return an item, please email us at hello@popandoli.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order, providing your reasons and/or exchange requirements.
RETURNS POLICY
• All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale.
• All items must be returned with proof of purchase from our store.
• All items must be returned in a secure and waterproof courier bag.
• All items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order and no refunds will be issued past this timeframe.
• We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Until your return is received by us, it is your responsibility.
• All items will be inspected upon return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
• We are unable to exchange/refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
• The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable.
• A further delivery charge will be required for sending out all exchanges.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
We will happily offer you the option to exchange items that do not fit correctly and swap them for the right size if available, a credit note (valid for 6 months) or refund (through your original payment method).
SALE ITEMS, PROMO CODE OFFERS AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
We will happily offer you the option to exchange items that do not fit correctly and swap them for the right size if available or a credit note of equal value to the price of the returned item (valid for 6 months).
No refunds on sale or discounted items or purchases made with a sale promo code.
FAULTY ITEMS
As soon as you receive your item please ensure you carefully inspect it and in the unlikely event your item is faulty email us at hello@popandoli.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you.
• All care is taken to ensure that prior to shipping each item is inspected for quality assurance.
• All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by customer will not be accepted as faulty.
• Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us.
• We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available.
• In the event that we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note (valid for 3 months) or refund (through your original payment method) to the value of the item at the time of purchase.
• Your refund will include any shipping costs incurred.
